I enjoy helping home buyers understand the home buying process and coaching them throughout the process, so they are delighted with their home and the purchasing experience. I also love to coach/advise sellers about the necessity of properly preparing their home for the sale and various marketing strategies we can use so that they achieve an excellent price for their home, quickly!
I have 6 years’ experience as a Realtor and my personal home buying and selling experience over the years enables me to be able to effectively couch buyers and/or sellers through various situations that may arise.
I have personally purchased and sold several homes (townhome, existing home, new construction, and HUD property). Like many business professionals, I personally experienced corporate relocation. I relocated three times; each time selling my existing home and purchasing a new home in a new state (TN, KS, MN). I understand the challenges and anxiety the relocation process brings to those impacted.
In addition, I have purchased a home from a foreign seller. This required researching and understanding the IRS - FIRPTA rules to protect myself as a buyer. While purchasing foreign owned property can be successfully achieved and be just the home you are looking for, I am ready to share my knowledge -- "Buyer Beware Tips" (this is NOT legal counsel which you should also obtain).
