About Adam Solko

I was a home inspector at the height of the sellers’ market of 2021. A “walk-N-talk” inspection was a popular option to move quickly and confidently forward with the purchase of a home. A certified home inspector goes with client and real estate agent to the showing and educates both on the visual valuation of the current state of the property.   

The buyer learns all aspects of the home: what immediate fixes are needed, what things that could be improved upon and what elements may cost money down the road.  It was during one of these inspections I realized the accumulated knowledge of hundreds of “walk-N-talk” inspections” could be invaluable as a Realtor. Thus, my career as a Twin Cities Realtor began.  

What other realizations and life lessons do I apply to my work?  

As a husband of 13 years, I have learned to appreciate everyone’s differences. 

Being the father of 3 amazing kids (18 years old, 11 years old and 10 years old) sharpened my patience, understanding and compassion. I realize everyone’s wants and needs deserve consideration and respect.

 My experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy of 10+ years strengthened my listening skills while asking questions for better understanding, diagnosis, and personalized care.  

As a professional fire performer and co-owner of a Guinness World recording holding fire performance company, I learned meticulous attention to detail. Being highly trained I genuinely enjoy bringing an engaging and entertaining experience to all who attend performances.  

 Whether you are a first-time home buyer or moving for the 10th time your expectations need to be met and exceeded. My skills in home analysis and client focused care will facilitate a seamless and enjoyable transaction.
