I discovered my passion for real estate in 2009 when my husband and I bought our first fixer upper. After I was licensed, I started a brokerage firm with my father in law called Bayside Real Estate Services. It was here, I learned the ins and outs of the business. Besides selling and buying, I created and updated the custom website, logo/slogan, marking plans, etc.
I made the switch to Edina Realty to be able to further grow my knowledge in real estate and be able to work with a nationwide company. It was a great move, and I am proud to say I work for the market leader in the industry.
In 2012, we sold our first home and started the “fixer upper” journey again (a few more times -it was addicting). We bought and renovated my childhood home to make it our own, and a home to raise our family in.
We now have three young children and are loving being back in the Lake Minnetonka area. Both of us grew up here, and always found ourselves coming back. We are here to stay, and I cannot think of a better place to be.
Recently, we purchased a home with the goal of flipping it. This has been a dream of mine since we purchased our first home. Every little detail excites me, from demo, to design, to staging and selling. Each detail matters to help maximize return of investment. This industry knowledge and experience has helped me assist my clients in receiving top dollar on the sale of their home, as well as, their purchase of a new home.
I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your real estate goals.
