Growing up I dreamed of a job in broadcast journalism. I double majored in English/Mass Communications and minored in Speech at Moorhead State University. I moved on to the legal research side and eventually received a degree as an administrative legal assistant/paralegal.
My background in the legal field, along with being well organized, having excellent communication skills and the love of research pairs well with real estate. My understanding, experience and knowledge of financing, accounting and general business helps me to be a well rounded professional Realtor. I've always been a hard worker and I'm not afraid of challenges. Seeing things through to the end is what makes my job fulfilling.
When I'm not selling real estate, I enjoy spending my days on one of the area lakes, shopping, golfing or taking long drives. A good beach vacation is my favorite winter time activity (besides the annual Christmas 1000 piece puzzle), but I'm always game for any type of adventure. I love to cook. I hate being cold, but love the winter. I'm an eclectic music lover, a devourer of books and a collector of recipes I may never get a chance to make. When the opportunity is available I like to hang out on my deck, patio, or front porch watching the world go by, reading a book, enjoying a good bonfire or watching a beautiful sunset. I love the smell and taste of good coffee in the morning and a rich piece of dark chocolate any time of the day.
