Chad grew up in the Twin Cities and graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Accounting.   His resume of experience is in finance and sales, and his personal passion is finance and investment.   He was President and Treasurer of a homeowners’ association for 11 years and currently manages a number of investment properties.  In 2011, he was elected by the Minnesota Association of REALTORS® to serve on the Finance committee - a committee requiring a strong degree of financial proficiency and industry knowledge.   He has served on the Minnesota Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, a committee that monitors and enforces the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and mediates disputes, for 10 years.   He has served on the Communications Committee for the City of Savage and on various committees for the local REALTOR® association.   His volunteer projects over the years have included Kids Vote, Junior Achievement and he continues to serve in various coaching capacities. Chad enjoys all sports, especially college hockey, Twins baseball and Vikings football.

 

Sara grew up in Searles, a rural southern Minnesota community of population 90.  She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Business and achieved a Master’s Certificate in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas.   She has served on the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, the Regional MLS of Minnesota Board of Governors, and various other committees.  Sara was volunteer contributor to the Savage Pacer Community Voices column for 10 years.  Her additional volunteer projects include a Scott County Adopt-a-Street on the Savage/Shakopee border.   She enjoys running, gardening, reading and classic cars.
