About Dale Venteicher

I am originally from Nebraska, growing up in a small town just west of Omaha but living most of time in the Omaha/Lincoln areas. I moved to Minnesota 20 years ago following my career path in the retail industry. After spending almost 34 years in management positions, I 'retired', but quickly realized I wasn't ready to be on the sidelines! I've combined my business acumen. leadership experience, and customer service skills to helping others find a place they can call 'home'. It's been a pleasure seeing clients find their dream home and knowing I was able to help!

Over the years, I've helped develop and mentor many leaders to run multi-million-dollar businesses. My foundation is built around integrity, trust, loyalty, and hard work. I believe communication is key in all business dealings and work hard to ensure everyone is well informed. I know buying or selling a home is a big decision - I'm here to help that decision go smoothly and will do whatever it takes to ensure your goals are met.

A little more about me....

I’ve been married to my wife Karen for 33+ years. We have four ‘children’ (now young adults), a daughter in-law, and a couple of grandchildren!! I enjoy watching sports (specifically at the college level) but also follow many of the professional teams in the upper Midwest (I root for many players if they’re on one of my fantasy teams!).
I love anything 'DIY', learning at a young age not to be afraid of getting my hands dirty and to try new things. From basic homeowner repairs, building decks, to finishing an interior of a cabin from the studs, I jump right in (knowing when to call in the professionals of course).
Family is the most important thing in my life but I’ve learned how to balance home and work very successfully over the years and am very accessible to anyone needing my help!
