About Debra Perry

Debra became a real estate agent several years ago in order to use her interests and professional experience to make a difference by helping others make one of the biggest, most important financial decisions of their lives.  Her mission is to earn the trust of and develop long term relationships with every client by making home buying and selling understandable, transparent, enjoyable and stress free.

Before real estate Debra was a healthcare professional for over 25 years with experience in hospital strategic planning, facility planning and information technology project management. She has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification as a result of her expertise and experience in managing complex projects.  Debra uses this past experience to be an information gatherer, communicator and problem solver for her real estate clients.  See the word cloud below that illustrates what her recent clients are saying about her.

One of the highlights of her past career was living and working in a variety of communities across the country as a software implementation consultant. She enjoyed exploring and dining at locally owned restaurants in cities like San Francisco, Tampa, Albuquerque and Cleveland.  Always a fan of travel, she loves to return home to Minneapolis and the Twin Cities and is a huge champion of the abundant recreational, arts and family activities throughout our metropolitan area.

In her time away from real estate transactions, she enjoys walking around the Minneapolis lakes in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter as well as sipping wine with friends.

She is also a volunteer and supporter of various, not for profit organizations that are highlighted in the links below.

Debra would love to hear your story and add another chapter to it by partnering with you to buy your next home or sell your current home.  Call her for a complimentary copy of her Ultimate Seller's Guide or Ultimate Buyer's Guide.
