Hi, my name is Denise and I have a long history of working hard and wanting to help people meet their goals. I put myself through college while having one child, and pregnant with another, and had a long, wonderful career of providing social work and mental health services for people for over 20 years. I'm passionate about people and I LOVE SALES too.
I find Real Estate mingles both of my passions perfectly. I've always been extremely goal-centered and self-disciplined, as well as have the education and resources to help people, not only with real estate, but other issues that might arise. My natural gift is being a fixer, so know that whatever comes our way, we will resolve it, efficiently, with common sense, empathy, patience and kindness. However, I have a backbone, not a wishbone, so my Type A personality, works well with my ability to empathize and truly care about people and doing what I can to help.
I love, love, love, to look at homes and match people with their perfect idea of what "HOME," looks like to them. It's really an individual process and I take a customized, tailor-made, approach to every client I have. My long history in social work and counseling comes in handy in this regard. Also, I have a lot of energy and once I commit to something, I commit. I will work hard for you and your family to find your perfect abode.
I put people above profits in all of my professions, and this has always provided me with a long waiting list of referrals.
I am a Realtor, who will do what is right, even when no one is looking. I get great results and I will work hard to make sure your home buying or home selling process, goes as beautifully, lucratively, and swiftly as is possible. I truly care about my clients and put their needs above my own, and even after our home transaction is done, I find I have made new family and new friends for life.
I love to give back to my community and am a 20 year member of the Pope County HELP Council, Chair of the Radiothon to End Child Abuse for Pope County, prior Co-Chair of the ASAP Committee for Pope County, and was a Students Against Destructive Decisions Advisor/Leader for about 5 years. I believe it's very important to invest in our children, students, and families, in our own and surrounding communities.
