About Doni Hamann

Hi and welcome to my website.  I have been selling Real Estate since 1984.  I have a degree in criminal justice from the University of St. Thomas, and a mini MBA in Real Estate from there as well.  I am an advid traveler and love exploring new spots in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and my favorite European country is Italy!  While definitely not a professional photographer I love photography and taking photos.  It always brings back happy memories. Real estate is a passion for me. I love what I do and I do it well.  I have learned over the years that negotiating is my strongfold.  I love seeing both parties satisfied and happy at the closing table. Negotiating is not about winning but about both parties feeling validated.  My transactions close!  I am a good listener and love helping buyers find just what they are looking for while educating them on what is important in their house hunting experience. On the other side, I love going in and working with sellers to maximize the most equity possible out of their home even if it is doing some improving or updates to get there. I help take the emotion out of the transaction for you. Should a difficult situation arise, I am always an effective communicator and put my client's interests before mine.  You can always count on me for honesty. I am not a people pleaser so I pride myself on my integrity and being able to help clients through what can be the most stressful time of their lives. I am compassionate and sincere and feel good at the end of the day that I did a good job for everyone.  My clients almost always come back to me down the road.  They see the value in what I do.  I would love to have the opportunity to work with you as well.
