We met Eric by chance. We were moving to Rochester from out of state and while we were nervous about working with someone we had no connection to, Eric quickly earned our trust. We completed nearly all of our home search from out of state and Eric always made himself available via phone, text, and email. He was able to provide real answers to our many questions, providing guidance along the way.
