Jay currently serves on the board for the Northside Boxing Club, is an active sponsor for Camp Odayin (an organization for children with heart disease) and Firefighters for Healing, previously served as a board member for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is a major advocate for small business owners of Minneapolis. Jay proudly promotes events and fundraisers for these organizations, devoting personal time and energy to bringing public awareness and funds to their causes. His most recent fundraiser raised over $90,000, far surpassing their goal of $50,000, for Northside Boxing Club. Additionally, Jay is greatly invested in public safety and has developed relationships with local authorities and public figures to help make Minneapolis a safer place.

When Jay isn't immersing himself in work you might find him enjoying a game or two! Having been born in Minnesota he is a true fan of the Vikings, Twins and Wild! While he loves his Minnesota teams he can be seen rooting on the Tarheels and LA Dodgers too!
