Many times over the years people have asked what I love about my "job." I think they often assume that it's going into gorgeous, expensive homes, but honestly, for every beautiful home there are two damp, smelly basements I've been in. The truth is I'm very much a people person or more so a relationship person. This "job" affords me the opportunity to build and expand those relationships. It provides the chance to reconnect with folks throughout our lives and for that I'm very grateful. I was born and raised in a small town and I have a huge family. I feel so fortunate that now my family includes more than cousins, aunts and uncles; it includes a real estate family that I have been part of for over 20 years now.

I'm also often asked "Why Edina?," the truth is that it feels like home to me. It is a place filled with hard-working individuals to whom I look up to and admire! Isn't that who we would all like to surround ourselves with? The culture, from the very top all the way down, reflects how I was raised...hard-work, dedication and loyalty will produce results. Those values nurtured and harvested in a encouraging, safe and challenging environment will make me the best me. Isn't that really is that what it's all about...being the best we can be and encouraging others to do the same!
