About Jessica Lamker, GRI

Behind every sold sign is a story.

My motivation for a career in real estate is to help people. In January 2022 I celebrated six years as a Minnesota Licensed REALTOR! In February 2022, the Jessica Lamker and Carolyn Madson team received an Edina Realty President's Circle Award for the second year in a row! How exciting to have the referrals and support of our neighbors, friends, family and brokerage to grow our business each year!

I have a bachelors of science degree in agriculture journalism, and 20+ years of experience in marketing and communications. The skillsets I gained in my former career, backed by the Edina Realty difference, are transferable to employing local market insights and up-to-date marketing resources and tools to sell your home.

2022: Member - REALTOR Land Institute.

2021: Graduate, REALTOR Institute "GRI" designation.

New beginnings happen every day. Your new beginning is a new chapter in your story. I'd welcome the opportunity to share real estate knowledge with you for selling your home and property, or guiding you or a family member through decisions for a new place to call home. Monthly Indicators - Twin Cities

The U.S. housing market has continued to cool, as rising mortgage rates and record high sales prices have stifled affordability, weakening demand and pricing out a
multitude of buyers. Nationally, median household income has failed to keep pace with increasing mortgage payments, with the costs of buying a home about 80% more expensive now than they were just three summers ago, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). As more and more prospective buyers find their
home purchase plans delayed, many are turning to the rental market, where competition has intensified due to increased demand.
New Listings in the Twin Cities region decreased 17.0 percent to 6,845. Pending Sales were down 23.3 percent to 4,807. Inventory levels rose 4.5 percent to 8,694 units.
