They have received mulitple awards and designations, including Chairman, Master and President's Circle Membership (2001-2020). Their production places them in the top 100 realtors out of 2400 for Edina Realty.

Jim worked alongside his parents, Tom and Kathy Diffley. Tom created the training program for all Edina Realty agents and Kathy is a past president of the National Association of Realtors.
Shelley worked alongside her parents, Bill and Debbie St. Marie. Bill managed Edina Realty's St. Paul offices and specialized in new construction. Debbie was a President's winner for over 20 straight years and specialized in staging and creative marketing.
Jim is a graduate of St. John's University with English and Spanish Majors. Shelley graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Finance and Business Management.
