About Jim Vandervelde - Trusted Southwest Metro Realtor

In addition to his strong real estate background and record of success, Jim earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, was awarded the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation, and is an active member of the Exceptional Properties division of Edina Realty, the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate (MNCAR) and the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council (MERC).

Jim lives in the Parkwood Knolls area of Edina with his wife Mary and has two adult children (Jordan and Maxwell) and a teenager (Katie) along with an energetic Golden Doodle named Daisy.  He enjoys live music, travel, golf, and family activities.
