Of all the realtors I have worked with or indirectly interacted with, he is by far the best. He listened carefully to my long list of things I wanted in a house (and actually followed those guidelines) and was always very thoughtful of my time. I was very picky, and he tolerated that well. Most impressively, even though his job is to "sell houses" he was always careful to evaluate each house, pointing out the good things as well as issues. He truly proved that he really did want me to "find the right house for me" rather than just a quick sale. He's the best!!

We first contacted John to sell our condo based on his previous sales. He responded quickly and developed and followed through with a creative option for selling our property. All printed and online materials were professional, accurate and truly represented our condo. As we lived out of town, we trusted John to schedule an open house and all showings, and he did not disappoint. He was in contact with the property manager and our son visiting from out of town, to make our unit available. All details were covered and proceeded smoothly. When closing time came, that too went without any delays. The paperwork and procedure was thorough and swift.
