Julia's goal is to provide ideas, present opportunities, and bring value to all of her clients. This is accomplished with the assistance of her business partner, Andrea Jensen. Their team was formed in 2015 and has held to Julia's gold standard.

 It's her passion for real estate, attention to the minute details, and innate ability to match real estate to people that have helped her become successful in the industry. She brings her business skills, objective point of view, education, and experience to every client interaction. Julia is dedicated to serving her clients by working hard and smart for them. Drawing on her natural talent to decorate, transform and stage homes to maximize the selling potential is a benefit that her clients are able to take advantage of in a competitive marketplace.

 Julia's background also includes working for a respected international company as a key player in the real estate and leasing area, managing the visual merchandising for several hundred stores nationally and training sales and store managers in how to successfully merchandise a store for maximum profit. She worked in the advertising and marketing department, partnered with Eric Clapton on apparel items and created a full line of apparel and collectibles for a multi-year NASCAR sponsorship.

 Julia's reputation for excellence and the glowing testimonials from her clients is a testament to her dedication to every real estate transaction she is involved with. She is also a past recipient of the Edina Realty "Leadership, President and Master Circle".

 Julia finds time to be an avid sports fan, golfer and absolutely enjoys time with her family and friends.
