Initially, I will learn as much from you regarding your home and updates you have made over the years. We will discuss your community real estate market trends and then drill down to your neighborhood market analysis with similar style homes, size and location. We will discuss the trends for days on the market, as well as, statistics for showings to pending with similar homes.
I have proven process steps from the "to do's" prior to going on the market, "to do's" for when we are live on the market and "to do's" for when we have an offer. I will lead you through each of these steps in a way that should create a smooth process.
