About Kim Gillespie

I have worked in the real estate industry since 2005. I was employed by a home builder for 5 years where I learned the ins and outs of residential construction, property management and working with Realtors.  From there, I attained my first real estate license in Minnesota in 2010 and second in Wisconsin in 2014.

After working for Joy Erickson part-time as an assistant in 2011 and ultimately co-founding The Joy Erickson Real Estate Team alongside her later that same year, we've never looked back!  We've fine-tuned our practices and streamlined our processes to provide the best experience for our clients.  Faith Waters joined our Team in 2021 to better service our clients.

I bought my first townhouse in Apple Valley in 2001 as a single, young 20-something year old and knew immediately I would own and invest in real estate my entire life!  My husband and I bought our family home in 2004 in White Bear Lake and continue to improve it as our family grows and needs change.  We have enjoyed investing in additional residential and commercial properties over the years.

Owning your own home is the American Dream, and when we're busy, we can take that for granted.  My passion for helping others achieve this goal has been reignited during these unique times!  Whether you're a first time buyer or a seasoned veteran, we can help you navigate the waters!
