Leslie started her career in the jewelry business. She was a manager for Zale Corporation for 10 years, and successfully founded her own jewelry business, LJS Design, in 1990. After building a home, she found herself interested in interior design and channeled that to staging homes in 2008. Now, with a career in real estate, she is combining her love for homes and her extensive skills in customer service to ensure a great experience for each client. When Leslie isn't on the clock, you can find her working out at the YMCA, grabbing a coffee, or spending time with her family.
As a former CPA with over 25 years of financial and real estate experience, Tim has been involved in the real estate world since 1988. He maintains a client-centered business philosophy that is based on the age-old rule of treating others the way he would like to be treated. His goal as a real estate consultant is to help his clients have the best possible experience - whether they are buying their first home or selling a luxury property! When he isn't working, you can find Tim watching sports, going for walks with Leslie, or grilling with the family.
Kara Wald has been a realtor since 2010, and has been working as our partner during that entire time. She has extensive experience with her family's business that deals with buying, selling and renovating investment properties. Born and raised in St. Paul, married for 20+ years with 3 wonderful children, Kara loves being involved in family sporting events and activities around the Twin Cities. Real estate combines her passion for working with people and her strong attention to detail.
