About Marsha Linden

Before entering real estate I worked for 18 years in the field of laboratory medicine and earned a post-graduate Specialist in Blood Banking degree.  Attention to detail along with my organizational skills allowed me to supervise the day-to-day operations of a hospital trauma center's Blood Bank laboratory & to develop and coordinate a medical technology internship program for 4 colleges throughout MN and ND. My active involvement in continuing education for the MN State Blood Bank Association resulted in my reputation as one of the state's top experts in my field.

Today, as a real estate professional, I not only work with the public but I help educate my clients on real estate trends as they negotiate their way through the ever changing real estate market. I have served as a Director for the St. Paul Association of Realtors, as a member of the Professional Standards Committee for the MN Association of Realtors for over 10 years, and as a representative for the Edina Realty Foundation that offers financial aid to organizations that provide housing and related services to homeless families in the communities we serve. I have furthered my education earning both the GRI and the more advanced CRS designation (a designation with stringent requirements which is awarded to the most experienced Realtors in the business).  As a member of Edina Realty's President's Circle for many yearsI have been in the top 1% of all real estate professionals in the country.

Many attribute my listening skills as the key to my ability to work exceptionally well with both buyers and sellers.  Really hearing what my clients are asking for is the main reason I am able to help them through what can be a confusing, stress-filled process, with the least amount of frustration...and if we can have some fun along the way it's all the better.  Buying and/or selling a home or townhome requires a great deal of decision making...I'm here to offer input and resources to help guide you through the process to make the best housing decision for you and your family.

I've been pleased and honored to be recognized 11 times as a Super Real Estate Agent by Twin Cities Business Monthly and Mpls/St. Paul Magazine (a title designated to only 3-5% of all realtors in MN).
