About Sid and Martha Kasper

About Us: We love being in business together because as a duo, we have so much to offer you, our clients. We've been married for over 31 years, and while we hang our hat south of the Metro, you can rest assured we'll help you with wherever you might want us to go. Our backgrounds cover both farm country and city, and and any other properties in between, so that means you'll have double the knowledge and expertise at your disposal! Edina Realty has been our real estate home since early 2006 because it has the best technology, resources, and security for agents and our clients alike!

Sid: A country boy through and through. Sid has a strong sense of friendship, is kind hearted, easy going, and loves to laugh. A few more facts about him include--

• Grew up on a 160 acre dairy farm in southern Minnesota, the 12th of 18 children. Yes, that's right--18!
• He is an expert on agricultural properties and valuations, and his local connections with the ag community make him the ideal real estate resource. 
• One of his favorite pastimes is to play on his Farmall tractors, but we hope the John Deere farmers won't hold that against him!
• His strong business acumen and intuitive real estate ability are invaluable as we work with our sellers and buyers. 

Martha: Comes from a small town (453 people small!) in Ohio and is the youngest of three daughters.

• Her culinary background has provided her with a unique perspective that has strengthened her design ability, helping their clients to not only get the kitchen and home that they love but that also functions in the way that is perfect for them. This has also led to her ability to help clients figure out other spaces as well.  
• Avidly listens to clients and their concerns and thinks out of the box to problem solve.
• Martha is also licensed in Wisconsin and loves serving her clients there.

Service to the Community: We're dedicated to our community and believe in giving back. Our experience with volunteerism enables us to be better advocates and resources for our clients.

• For the Defeat of Jesse James Days, Minnesota's largest all-volunteer run celebration, Sid chairs the Antique Tractor and Truck Pull, and Martha is on the Board of Directors.
• Martha also serves on the Board of Directors for Riverwalk Market Fair and is Past Chair of the Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
• We work with children and youth in our local church community.
