Since my 16th birthday, I have been in the customer service industry. My father had a connection at a company called Northern Automotive at 1401 West Broadway in Near North Minneapolis and got me a part time job there which turned to full time after high school. I loved small engines and I worked in the small engine parts department for 8 years. I loved my job! I had wonderful mentors who taught me all about customer service and that training has followed me in my Real Estate career. I sincerely care about my clients and always strive to treat them right and with respect. This includes promptly returning calls, emails and/or text messages. We have new technology to help us seek and find, but proper and (maybe) old fashioned customer service never goes out of style.
