After over 20 years of helping people buy and sell homes, all with Edina Realty, my close friends and my wife have been asking me when I'm going to retire?

My answer has been simple and without hesitation, "not in the forseeable future." I still really love what I do, and now I have some new goals involving the funding of 3 college funds we have set-up for our grandkids, Joshua, Ingrid and Freja. College has gotten crazy expensive compared to when I was at the U of M decades ago! I was able to pay for my college as I went, by working summers, weekends and after school. No longer an option or even a remote possibility. We also now have a mortgage for the 1st time in 20 years, having recently moved from Minneapolis to our dream home in Chaska!

If you are considering purchasing a home for the first time, or selling an existing home and upgrading or downsizing, I'd love to hear from you.
