About Nichole Hayden

I'm a Twin Cities native who loves calling Minnesota home. From the fast-paced convenience of downtown to the calm lakes and beautiful parks across the Cities, there is so much to enjoy and appreciate. There is always a new hiking path, delicious local brew, or gorgeous sunset over water to be discovered.

Real Estate has been a passion since my service in AmeriCorps. For a year, I worked with the HEART (Housing Education and Rehabilitation Training) Program in Dubuque, IA. This program equips high school youth with the real-world skills of renovating and rehabilitating homes. They enter potentially at-risk for not completing high school, and are given a more active and engaging pathway to graduation. They have the opportunity to learn in the classrom and on the job site; everything from drywall to painting to roofing to tuck pointing skills. I worked with the students to provide support in school, on the job site, and to provide healthy after school programming.

The HEART program also encourages homeownership and community stabilitiy. When the house is finised with renovations, it is sold back to the city to be sold to a first time home buying family. Not only did I learn some incredibly useful jobsite skills, but I saw first hand the impact of home ownership on financial stability, the building of wealth, and growing a stronger community. This experience sparked an interest that became a flame of passion when I experienced the benefits of home ownership first hand. 

I now leverage my education background to provide tuition-free classes on home buying, selling, downsizing, and other housing specific topics through city community education classes. For my clients, I leverage my coaching background and pride myself in being attentive, transparent, audacious, and supportive. I'm passionate about sharing the power of home ownership with my clients and my community. As your REALTOR, you can be confident I'm serving you with your best interests always front and center.
