Nicole began her professional career over 17 years ago without knowing that real estate would be her ultimate passion. After earning her undergraduate degree in business marketing at Saint Mary’s University, she cultivated her acumen for data and acquired an advanced degree in geographic information systems (GIS). She transitioned to real estate while working for a commercial developer where she facilitated all aspects of the real estate process from land acquisition to gaining city council approval for projects. In 2010, at the height of the recession, she decided to focus her professional life on helping people find their dream homes and thereafter became a full-time agent.
Her background in GIS and marketing has taught her to leverage technology to serve her real estate clients. She often guides and trains colleagues on how to engage technology to uncover better client solutions. Combining her technical facility with an intuitive, deeply rooted passion for her clients and their needs, she now generates more than 90% of her business from referrals and past clients.
Nicole lives in Saint Paul, where she is deeply engaged in the community. She volunteers for Alliance Housing, a nonprofit organization that changes lives and builds stronger communities by providing stable housing for low-income families and individuals. To this organization, she has donated more than $29,000 in under five years. She has also served on the board for Produce Exchange Association and for the Town & Country Club.
I am happy to support Alliance Housing through closed sales. With the sale of each home, I donate a portion of my commission to support Alliance Housing. I began giving back to Alliance Housing in 2018 and because of my client's strong support to my business I have been able to donate over $29,000 to this amazing cause.
