Our experience while working with Nolan and the entire the Ewing and Hrastich Team at Edina Realty, was one we couldn't have been happier with! They quickly and honestly evaluated what needed to be done to our home in order to get it on the market, and promptly took professional photos to start this process.

After we began conversing with Nolan Hrastich and looking at a few potential homes; He was able to read our likes and dislikes of different features we had seen. We feel that honesty is a really important quality for a Realtor to have when selling and buying a home, Nolan and his team were exactly what we were looking for! At NO point did we feel rushed or pressured into any decision. Nolan and his team were completely patient and understanding of our wants/needs.

When the time came to accept a potential offer on our home, Nolan was not only very thorough when explaining the options we had throughout this process; but also very helpful in relaying how those decisions may or may not impact an outcome. Ultimately, this resulted in us being able to close on both homes in the SAME DAY!
