"Sandy was an amazing realtor and person to work with. She was patient, showing us multiple properties even when none were the “right” one. She responded to all of our texts (our preferred way to communicate) very quickly. Whenever we found a property that we wanted to see, she set up an appointment for that day. That is why when we found our dream house; we were the first ones to see it when it came on the market and were able to make an immediate offer that they accepted.

We went full force getting our house ready to sell. Sandy went through our house and told us what we needed to move to storage and what projects needed to be completed. And after 14 short days, after we did our part, Sandy came in and staged our house like a complete pro. It was staged to the point that you think, “do we really want to move?” Ha-yes, to our dream home.  We sold our house in just 6 days, during the slow season of November.

The only way I can describe her communication and negotiations with the other realtors is magic. She saved us thousands of dollars through her negotiations. She is the ultimate multi-tasker. I didn’t know how complicated home sales were, and I typically would have been extremely anxious during this whole period, but Sandy was so competent and easy to trust, she really lowered my stress levels. We were able to close on both properties on the same day approximately 6 weeks later. We will definitely contact Sandy again if choose to move and have recommended her to multiple friends. We miss her now that we are in our new house!"
