I have made that comment so many times now I fear it has lost its impact. Now in year 18 of real estate, having had an equally as long career in commerical print sales; I feel I am in a great place to add some context to that statement. For close to twenty years I sold commerical printing, working with company's marketing departments and advertising agencies mostly.
