Sean and Chelsea O'Connell both spent the first years of their professional careers deeply ingrained in education as high school teachers in Mankato. It is here where they not only met but also learned the power of making strong, meaningful connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying experiences. They developed a passion for serving others. They learned how far a little care and compassion can go to help individuals thrive and pursue their goals. People always come first for Sean and Chelsea.

Now, Sean and Chelsea are here as Realtors to help spread that same passion and understanding to those they serve. As a former high school Chemistry teacher, Sean has a knack for factual data, minor details, and staying true to the process. In real estate, Sean is able to apply these same skills to ensure all transactions are running as efficiently as possible. Coupled with this, Sean has lived in the Mankato and St. Peter area since the age of seven, which has helped him gain a strong familiarity with the region. Sean is also a soccer coach in the area, where he demonstrates the importance of communication and working together. 

As a former high school English and Communications teacher, Chelsea is well-versed in the art of communication, connections, creativity, and detailed analysis. In real estate, Chelsea uses these skills to build lasting rapport with clients and provide a creative outlook on marketing strategies and the real estate industry. A Southern Minnesota native and Duluth graduate herself, Chelsea is excited to share her knowledge of the area with others. As a business owner of a small home bakery, Chelsea is also organized and effective when it comes to planning and being available for her clients.
