Sena Neilitz

Sena joined The Jay Ettinger Group in spring of 2018. However, her real estate background stemmed from working in the title industry since 2013. She says, “Having a background in title has been an immensely useful tool and source of knowledge in my real estate career. In those 5 years, I embraced the opportunity to learn the closing process from start to finish and I gained an understanding of all the moving parts that need to come together to create a seamless experience for the client. At the same time, I learned the (not so glamorous but necessary) intricacies in the numbers, documents, financing, taxes, liens, marketable title, insurance, assessments – the list goes on. This background has allowed me to provide our clients with a deeper level of service and understanding that took years to build.”

Prior to working in title, she attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences. While in her undergraduate studies, she obtained a position in financial services where she learned the value of business etiquette and developed interpersonal skills requiring a high-level of professionalism. Her background in financial services and the title industry made for an easy transition to real estate.

In her spare time you can find Sena exploring local restaurants as she searches for the best food in Minnesota. Her current favorites include Barrio, Parlor, and BLG.  Sena takes great pride in supporting small businesses, and is always looking for a new recommendations. Travel has been a huge influence in Sena’s life. Her recent travels allow her to expose herself to the nationwide real estate market. A good Realtor is always up for an adventure, whether that be exploring her own city or being a tourist.
