About Stacy Hill

People ask, Stacy, why did you choose real estate?  It's really simple, I saw an incredible opportunity to help others.  I have experienced many different life events that created what I believe to be a special skill set that adds value to our business.  I have three children, so I know how to juggle and problem solve.  I have also owned and operated three businesses prior, owned rental property, and I have navigated through divorce and bought a home of my own post-divorce.  All of these life experiences have prepared me well and provided remarkable insight to where I am now.  I also know these events in my life will be helpful to anyone I work closely with.  Simply put my path is indeed unique, but unique is also the population we serve, because we all have different goals.  I have experienced first hand three different elementary schools in River Falls and the benefits of every school and neighborhood.  I am also a life long resident of the St Croix River Valley Area.  

I partnered up with Rick Vorwald in July of 2017.  He has been in this business for 12 years, and made it through the toughest of times economically in real estate, which speaks of his resilience.  We as a team are diverse in our skill set and technology forward thinking.  Life is all about balance and we are indeed grateful for what we have stumbled upon, a valuable partnership where we are able to serve others.   It is our hope to bring balance and value to every transaction we are involved in.  It would be an honor to serve you.
