About Sue Palmquist

Selling real estate has been a passion of mine for many years.  I have been selling real estate in the Alexandria are for the past 14 years.  Over the years by providing outstanding service, market knowledge and professionalism, I have helped friends become clients and clients become friends.  

Growing up in the Twin Cities, my family had a 'place on the lake' in Alexandria.  All the great memories we shared as a family provided the foundation of my love of the lakes.  The past 14 years I have been blessed to live on the lake and provide these memories for my children and grandchildren.  It is easy to sell a lifestyle that you love.

I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren/children.  Spending the day out on the lake on the pontoon & the evenings around a bonfire.  My other passion is paddle boarding on the lake.  

Many people don't fully understand the importance of having a Realtor represent you.  Both the buying and selling side of real estate you need a skilled negotiator, someone who can market your property, set up appraisal, home inspections, work orders, closings and make sure that if there are any complications they get handled in a prompt and professional way.  My job is to make your transaction go as smooth as possible.
