About Suzanne Terry

My husband, Michael, and I have called Faribault our home since 2002.  We share our small hobby farm with our horses, dogs, cats, and an abundant variety of wildlife. In part, the nearby lakes lured us here, as Michael and I met on a Canadian fly-in fishing trip. Go figure, we now live close to lakes, but spend less time in the boat!

We previously owned a construction/remodeling company, a door and window retail store, and a wood pet crate business.  I was CFO and Marketing Director for all three businesses. Other prior occupations include event planning, travel planning, and administrative work.  Interior and exterior landscaping, floral design, and designing holiday decorating programs for communities are also part of my resume.  My eclectic career experiences just beckoned collaboration, so in 2003 I became a Realtor! I chose Edina Realty to be my broker because of Edina Realty’s exceptional technology, training, and professionalism.

Over the years, my real estate business has grown beyond expectations I have developed many deep and lasting relationships. I assist people in multiple facets of real estate including lakeshore, land, seasonal, commercial, and all types of residential property.  Years of corporate relocation and rural property experience have earned me a reputation of being a specialist in those arenas. I enjoy traveling and work a broad region outside of my home area. 

Currently, I am Faribault Edina Realty Foundation Representative.  Technology coach and agent mentor are other long-term roles I have held with Edina Realty.  I am also actively involved with the Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce and currently have the honor of serving as Chamber Board Chair.

Everyone needs recreational therapy and mine are road trips with my hubby, playing with my daughter and two grandkids, playing in the dirt (aka gardening), playing with the horses, and playing design diva. Ask anyone who knows me about how often I reposition our furniture and accessories. That little quirk is a great asset in helping my clients stage their homes!
