Working with Tina Wagner was an amazing experience on the sale of our lake home for my wife and I. Within 2 weeks of our initial contact with Tina she brought us a professional Market Analysis and reviewed it with us. Tina helped us stage the home and put together an amazing video showcasing the entire property including the use of a drone for exterior photos. Within 3 days of posting the listing we had a dozen showings and Tina brought us 3 offers to review with her …. we had an accepted cash offer well above our asking price. In addition Tina assisting us in the sale of several pieces of furniture and our pontoon boat and lift. I would recommend Tina Wagner to anyone looking to move their home and property.

“Tina’s knowledge of the area lakes was very helpful in finding our new lake home. Tina was very accommodating in showing places all around the Cumberland lakes area. She was especially helpful in providing contacts to setup local services and made sure we had a smooth closing. We would recommend Tina to anyone moving to the Cumberland area. Thanks, Tina!”
