The fastest growing neighborhood in Central Minneapolis, the North Loop is a hip area in the heart of the Warehouse Historic District. The area features a mix of new construction and historic buildings, with old industrial spaces being transformed into high-end apartment housing and hotels. Residents can catch a game at Target Field, the Twins’ home ballpark. North Loop is rated as a top bicycling city, and boasts easy access to public transportation as well as Interstates 394 and 94.
